To tell you the truth, I was disappointed that I didn't get a top 6 placing at Muscle War. Don't get me wrong. Muscle War was a great experience! I got to meet loads of bodybuilders and even the top ones in Singapore. However, I also want to progress in this sport. And I noticed, I really really lack size.
AND I FOUND A SOLUTION FOR IT!!
