Hello readers! Just to keep you updated, I'm working on a comprehensive programme and guide to lose weight that encompasses dieting, training, motivation and everything in between. In the meantime, sorry for the lack of updates!

It will take awhile but it will be worth it! This guide will be as complete as possible and if I missed out anything, you can comment on it and I will update it to make it better.
